At Dearly Beloved Gifts, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, our refund policy provides a straightforward process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it.

Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at connect@dearlybeloved.gifts. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations
You can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations after this window as the order will likely have already been shipped.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at connect@dearlybeloved.gifts so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to initiate a return for the unwanted item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without a justification. The item must still meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at connect@dearlybeloved.gifts.
